1. Parties & Platform Scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between the user (“User”, “You”) and CryptoRoutes (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”), operated by Sathish Kavinchal. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, software modules, analytical consoles, and infrastructure services provided through cryptoroutes.in.

2. Nature of Software Services

CryptoRoutes operates strictly as an educational technology, quantitative research software, and computational infrastructure provider. The platform delivers:

Custom quantitative structuring and mathematical modeling based on user-defined technical parameters
Managed virtual infrastructure (VPS) deployment for quantitative script hosting and execution simulation
Telemetry, analytics, risk management modeling, and latency monitoring tools

The Company operates exclusively as an infrastructure and software provider and does not function as an investment exchange, broker, custodian, or financial intermediary.

3. Explicit Non-Advisory & Technical Disclaimer

CryptoRoutes does not provide financial planning, portfolio evaluation, or investment advisory services.
The platform does not provide speculative trade tips, buy/sell calls, or guaranteed return promises.
No discretionary capital allocation, asset management, or collective investment pooling is conducted.
All algorithmic parameters, model weights, and trigger conditions are entirely configured, controlled, and deployed at the sole discretion of the User.

4. User Strategy Governance & Discretion

Users maintain absolute authority and sole legal responsibility for designing, verifying, and monitoring their technical strategies. The role of CryptoRoutes is confined strictly to translating user-specified logical rules into structured, machine-readable software environments.

5. Software Deployment & Maintenance

Logical specifications are translated into structured, Python-based algorithmic software frameworks.
Standard system architecture setup is typically completed within 48 business hours following written user confirmation.
Software routines are hosted within isolated virtual environments managed for operational stability.
Users may request parameter adjustments, error evaluations, and code refinements during active subscription periods.

6. Market Data Sources & Integrations

The software suite supports technical rules, statistical calculations, and user-integrated read-only analytical feeds. CryptoRoutes does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability of third-party market data feeds. All integrations operate on a strictly non-custodial basis, and CryptoRoutes never holds, accesses, or transfers user funds.

7. User Eligibility (18+ Only)

Access to CryptoRoutes is restricted strictly to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering for or using the platform.

8. Subscriptions, Billing & Refund Policy

Access to premium research workspaces or computational hosting plans is billed in advance on a subscription basis via authorized third-party payment gateways. Unless otherwise stated in a specific plan offer, subscription fees for digital software access and provisioned server resources are non-refundable once activated. Users may cancel recurring renewals at any time through their account console or by contacting support.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, unauthorized financial solicitation, market manipulation, money laundering, or distribution of unsolicited investment advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoRoutes and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, software latency, data inaccuracies, or financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use our research tools and simulation environments.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
